If we receive an order before 2:00 pm, we will dispatch it that day. We post our items via the Royal Mail and post them first class recorded delivery. As a signature will be requied and you think you'll be out, please state an alternative delivery address, e.g your workplace or a neighbours name and address where they will sign for the parcel on your behalf.
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Suemar. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale
Delivery charges
Our standard fee for one single transaction is £5.99 to the UK mainland for clothes, shoes, and hats, for as many items you want in one transaction. For small items such as the perfume and bags it is £3.45 for a single item. If after completing your order, you need to add something else to your order, then you can call us and we will combine the order if its not been dispatched and only charge one delivery charge.
